Model 3090's caller ID feature is intertwined with the V.92 protocol. So it will only show caller ID if you are connected to the Internet with a V92 ISP and if you have call waiting plus (caller ID within call waiting) on your phone. This modem is TAPI compliant, but it its voice capabilities are based on IS101 standard, which Microsoft does not fully support.
