Note: This answer applies to Zoom Model 3090 only.
If no LEDs are on, then most likely the modem driver was not installed properly. Please try reinstalling the driver as follows:
- Go to Start | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and remove the Zoom V.92 USB Modem.
- Unplug the modem from the computer.
- Restart the computer.
- Download and install the latest driver file, MOH3090.exe. Please read the description before downloading the file!
- Plug the modem into a different USB port, if available.
