If you have just registered for the Global Village Service please wait a few minutes and try your call again. It is possible that the registration process has not been completed on the Global Village server.
If the problem persists, a fast busy signal can also occur if you have selected "VoIP Only" from the Voice over IP page in the Web Console. This selection will only permit you to make VoIP calls from the connected phone and you will not need to press the # key in order to make that call.
If you wish to configure your system so that you can make both VoIP calls and normal calls through the connected telephone follow these steps;
1. From any page in the Web Console click the "Voice over IP" button on the top Menu Bar.
2. Uncheck the "VoIP only" selection.
3. Save the settings to flash, reboot, and confirm.
Now you will need to first press the # key to make a VoIP call.
