- Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.)
- In the address bar of web browser type 192.168.1.1 and press Enter
- When prompted for Username type admin
- When prompted for Password type zoomadsl
- Click the Login button. Now you should have successfully logged into Zoom ADSL Configuration Manager for the modem
- From the left side menu, click on Wireless
- On the Wireless - Basic page locate Channel and change to something other than what is currently showing in drop-down. The best channels are 1, 6 and 11. Results will vary depending on the interference in the area. (You may also try different channels as well to test results.)
- Click Save/Apply to allow changes to take effect
