I'm asked for a PIN when connecting to a wireless network. What should I do?

This is a common issue with Windows 7. To get around this issue, try the following steps.

• Click the Network icon, located on the right of the taskbar near the time. It should look like a computer monitor.

• Locate the Wireless network you want to connect to and highlight it and click connect.

• At this point you should be given two options: “Setup the Network connection now” or “No, connect to the network anyhow.

You want to select the option for “No, connect to the network anyhow”

• This will bypass the requirement of a PIN, which is not supplied with these routers.
