How can I correct a "Driver Open Failed" error message when I attempt to open a ZoomCam 100 USB(Model 1550) software application?
I ran the installation but my PC does not detect the USB camera. I also tried to manually install the drivers as per the instructions in the Appendix. What's strange is Device Manager doesn't list the camera. Can you help, please?

To install the ZoomCam USB Model 1595 in Windows XP, please follow these steps:

Download the file cp1100xv.zip and unzip it into folder on the desktop.
Plug in the ZoomCam. Windows XP will find new hardware and ask for drivers.
Do not let Windows search. Instead, click the advanced option "Install from a list or specific location," click Browse, and point to the location of the folder where you unzipped the file cp110xv.zip. Do not override the twain drivers.
