How to Configure Port Forwarding for Cable Modem/Router Model 5363
Important Note: When having a game console, a home security system etc... it is recommended to open certain ports in order to properly use the device. Follow the below instructions:
1. Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari
2. In the address bar type 192.168.0.1 and press Enter or Return
3. When at the login page, type admin for the Username and Password, then hit Login
4. Click on the Router tab
5. From the left side menu, click on Advanced
6. Click on Port Forwarding from the left side menu
7. Enter following information below: (only examples provided, will need to know the devices Local IP Address and list of Port numbers)
Local IP Address: you will need to enter the Local IP Address of the computer, gaming console or device you want to open the port on (ie: 192.168.0.x)
Local Port Start: 443 (Enter first port number if it's a range)
Local Port End: 443 (Enter same port if only opening a single port) or (Enter the last port number of the range)
External IP Address: 0.0.0.0
External Start Port: 443 (Enter first port number if it is a range)
External End Port: 443 (Enter same port if only opening a single port) or (Enter the last port number of the range)
Protocol: Select appropriate protocol for port, if unsure select "Both" (available options TCP, UDP or Both)
Description: Enter any name that describes the reason for opening the ports (IE: Xbox live, camera system, etc...)
Enabled: On
8. Click Apply at the bottom. Reboot Zoom Modem/Router and the port will be open
