When Windows prompts "New Hardware Found (unknown device)", make sure your floppy drive (normally A: or B:) is selected and click Next to search for the drivers. If "The specified location does not contain a driver for this device" error appears, click Next. Click Next to finish and do the above procedure again (twice). If Windows still does not find the drivers, try doing the following:
Go into CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - DEVICE MANAGER, then click on the plus sign (+) next to "USB controller" category. If you see a USB composite device, select it and click Remove.
Turn the USB modem OFF and then ON. Windows will redetect the USB modem and identify it as "Zoom V.90 USB modem." Click Next to search for the drivers. This time it will find the modem and install the drivers.
