If you have the Agere chipset-based Zoom/Modem V.92 PCI Model 3025L or 3025N (which contains an "L" or "N" in the serial number, located on the white sticker next to the phone jacks on the back bracket), and there is a Z in the Windows task bar, then you are using the latest device driver (version 8.12) and Modem-on-Hold application.
