Open SIP (VoIP) services have an "Internet Area code", sometimes called an Access Code by other Providers. The Global Village Service Internet Area Code is 484. In order to dial your Global Village number from another SIP (VoIP) Service the caller will need to know their Service's required dialing prefix.
