When the installation CD begins to run it does not open the viewing window enough to let me see all of the product choices and will not allow me to scroll to them. What can I do?

This may be caused by a font setting that is too large. To change the font setting;

Click on Start > Control Panel > Appearance & Themes > Change Screen Resolution
Select the "Settings" tab
Click on "Advanced"
Change the DPI setting to "Normal size 96 DPI" (before making the change note the setting it is currently at so that you can return it to that setting if you decide to)
Save those changes

You may have to restart your PC for the change to take effect.
