You may want to print these instructions before proceeding
Following are the steps to change the LAN IP Address;

Login to the modem's Web Admin console and select Advanced Setup from the top bar.

Go to DHCP and then click on DHCP Server

Click the Trash Can Icon under Action to remove the existing DHCP scope.

Click Add to add a new DHCP range.

Enter the START IP, END IP and Subnet mask.

Click Save changes and then click Write setting to flash.

Click on Advanced Setup from the top bar.

Click the LAN button
-
Modify the IP address for Conf. LAN IP Address.

Modify the address for Conf. LAN Network Mask.

Click Save Changes and then confirm by clicking Save Changes again

Since you changed to a different IP on the modem you will need to release/renew or power cycle the PC.
Note: Access the Admin Web Console by the NEW IP address assigned to the modem.
Once you get back into the modem web page:

Go to Basic Setup
-
Click Write Setting to Flash to save permanently.
