Zoom/SoftModem V.92 PCI

Models 3030, 3031, 0785 and 0885

Your modem is an A, B, C or earlier model version if any of the following requirements are met:

• Box Item # number includes A, B, C, or no letter [e.g., 3030-xx-xx(A/B/C)]
• Modem card has a Conexant chip
• Phone and Modem Options (or Modems) control panel information includes “CNXT”

Program Files

Driver and NetWaiting Installer(.exe file) This self-extracting file contains PCI modem driver version 6.02.05 and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold application version 2.55 for use with the Zoom/SoftModem V.92 PCI. After extracting this file, run Setup.exe from the newly created 'V.92 PCI Softmodem' folder to launch the InstallShield Wizard. This setup supports Windows 95/98/98SE/Me/2000/XP.

Please Note: You must remove any previously installed V.92 PCI modem drivers and NetWaiting Modem-on-Hold applications. This can be done via Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
