After extracting this file, open the newly created "Zoom_5651-5654_VistaUSB" folder and refer to the ReadMe document for installation instructions. This driver supports Windows Vista 32-bit systems only.  

Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP – Driver Version 1.04.0004Q  (.exe file)
After extracting this file, open the newly created "Zoom_5651_USB_Driver" folder and refer to the ReadMe document for installation instructions. This driver supports Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP. (Note: This is the same version of the driver that is on the Zoom ADSL CD.)

No setup files are required if the modem is connected to your computer via its Ethernet interface.
