After extracting this file, open the newly created "Zoom_5510B-5610_Setup124" folder and refer to the Read Me document for installation instructions. Note that you must install this software BEFORE you plug in the modem. This software supports Windows XP (32-bit or 64-bit) and Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit) operating systems.
Note to Windows Vista 64-bit users: You can only install this software if your DSL service provider uses PPPoE or PPPoA encapsulation. The LAN driver (for 1483 Bridged and 1483 Routed encapsulation) included with this software package is not WHQL Certified. For this reason, if you select driver type Eagle Family - LAN, the installation will not complete.

This software supports Mac OS X 10.1 through 10.4 (Tiger) on PowerPC processor-based Macs only.  Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is not currently supported.   (Note: This is the same version of the Mac OS X driver that is on Zoom ADSL CD PN: 289-00223-A or 289-00242-A.)
