Is the Zoom V.92 USB Mini TAPI compliant? I am trying to set up a caller ID program and it requires a TAPI compliant modem. I am gettting error messages that says it may not be.

I just purchased your V.92 PCI modem and installed the COMMUNICATE! Lite software. The software does not allow me to enable the caller ID function. I get an error saying the modem does not support this feature. What am I doing wrong?

When the modem detects an incoming call, the Modem-on-Hold application/notification appears but the Accept and Rejects options are "grayed out." So I am unable to put my connections on hold.

This modem installs at COM5, I have some communications software that I *NEED* to use that only recognizes COM1 or COM2. Is there a way to change the COM port setting?

When I connect additional phones through an extension on the wall socket, the phone connected to the modem rings steadily. I am in United Kingdom and have a BT phone line. What could be the problem?
